HONEY AND SUGAR SCRUB

Ideal recipe for those who have oily skin, it is made easily and quickly. This homemade recipe contains honey and sugar only. While the sugar helps remove dead skin cells, honey acts to remove the deeper residues, while hydrating the skin.

HOW TO MAKE:

Making this scrub is easy, just mix one spoon of honey with one spoon of sugar, and it is done. Apply it on your skin in a gentle circular motion, massaging the skin for about 3 minutes, then wash the are with a specific bar soap appropriate for your skin type, and rinse it with a lot of water.

OATMEAL SCRUB

If you have dry skin, the homemade scrub is the right recipe for you. Oatmeal stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, providing more firmness and elasticity to the skin, besides increasing hydration and softness.

HOW TO MAKE:

Mix a tablespoon of oatmeal and a tablespoon of honey, and apply the mixture on the skin, always in circular motion. Once you are finished with the application, cleanse with the adequate products for your skin type.

SUGAR AND ALOE SCRUB

Besides cleansing and exfoliating the skin, this recipe also has brightening properties due to the aloe. 

HOW TO MAKE:

Mix two tablespoons of aloe vera gel, and two tablespoons of sugar. Apply the mixture to the skin and rub the area in circular motion. Remove the residue with water, and tap the skin dry.

COCONUT OIL SCRUB

Rich in Vitamin E and fatty acids, coconut oil is a powerful moisturizer and its antioxidants are great allies to smooth expression lines and wrinkles.

HOW TO MAKE:

Mix 1/2 cup of coconut oil and one cup of brown sugar in a pan on low heat. After removing it from the heat, add a few drops of coconut essential oil and keep it in a container in room temperature.
